The facilities seem to need a refresh, especially the gym equipment!!! Also, the process of getting there could be streamlined to avoid the lengthy transfers!!! A more direct seaplane option would be appreciated!!!

The isolation enhances serenity, but long commute times might not suit everyone. Additionally, while the breakfasts serve a variety of options, the dining could benefit from more continental selections, especially if you’re craving familiarity after rigorous travel.

The seaplane ride is long, which might not be for everyone, but the views while flying in were stunning. Little things like complimentary champagne on arrival and the warm welcome made a great impression. Overall, such an incredible getaway to reset and recharge. Can't wait to return!

Breakfast at Kakuni was delicious with freshly baked items and a huge variety. The staff was super attentive, especially Rizam, who checked in on us often. Spa had great services like massages and treatments, perfect for relaxation.
